Upgrade your racer profile with a subscription to unlock premium features. Currently, Adrenaline offers Rated Accounts—a subscription tier that adds sponsor display, enhanced analytics, and advanced profile customization to help you stand out and attract brand partnerships.
What Are Subscriptions?
Subscriptions are paid upgrades that unlock premium features on your racer profile. While basic profiles are always free, subscriptions provide tools to enhance your professional presence, showcase sponsors, and access advanced analytics.

Current Subscription Tier: Rated Accounts
Rated Accounts is the current subscription tier available for riders. It unlocks all premium features and is designed for riders who want a professional profile to attract sponsors and track performance.

- Enhanced Analytics: Detailed performance metrics, rating history charts, and insights

- Public Ratings Below 1200: Optionally display ratings under 1200 if desired
- AI Vision Tools (Early Access): Access to equipment tracking and other AI features
- Priority Support: Faster response times for support inquiries
- All Free Features: Everything included in basic profiles, plus the above

How to Subscribe
Step 1: Access Subscription Options
- Log in to your Adrenaline account
- Navigate to your profile manager
- Look for "Subscription" or "Upgrade" section
- Click "View Subscription Options"
Step 2: Select Rated Account Tier
Review the features included with Rated Accounts. Currently, this is the only tier available, but more options are planned for the future.
Step 3: Complete Payment
Enter payment information and complete checkout:
- Choose billing cycle (monthly or annual, if available)
- Enter payment method (card, PayPal, etc.)
- Review and confirm subscription
Step 4: Activate Features
Once payment is processed, premium features activate immediately. You can start uploading sponsor logos, accessing analytics, and using advanced tools right away.
Subscription Management
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual). You'll receive renewal notifications before charges.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of the current billing period. Features deactivate when the subscription expires.
Changing Payment Method
Update your payment method in account settings to avoid service interruption. Change card details, switch to PayPal, or update billing address anytime.
Upgrading/Downgrading
When more tiers are available, you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade between them. Currently, with only Rated Accounts available, you can subscribe or cancel.
What Happens When Subscription Expires?
Feature Access After Expiration
If your subscription expires (due to cancellation or payment failure):
- Sponsor logos: Hidden from public profile (but data is preserved—they'll reappear if you resubscribe)
- Enhanced analytics: Access removed; you'll only see basic stats
- AI Vision tools: Disabled until subscription is renewed
- Advanced customization: Reverts to standard profile settings
- Basic features: Profile URL, race results, ratings, machines, follower count all remain active
Good news: Your data isn't deleted. Sponsor logos, analytics history, and other premium data are preserved. When you resubscribe, everything returns exactly as it was.
Who Should Subscribe?
Sponsored Riders
If you have ANY sponsors (even small local businesses), a subscription is essential. Displaying sponsor logos provides value to partners and helps attract new sponsors.
Competitive Racers
Serious racers benefit from enhanced analytics to track performance trends, identify strengths/weaknesses, and make data-driven training decisions.
Aspiring Pros
Riders looking to attract sponsors need a professional profile. Subscriptions help you stand out and demonstrate marketability.
Tech Enthusiasts
Early access to AI Vision tools and other cutting-edge features makes subscriptions appealing to riders who want the latest technology.
Who Might NOT Need a Subscription?
You might be fine with a free profile if:
- You're a casual rider without sponsors
- You don't need advanced analytics (basic stats are enough)
- You're not actively seeking sponsorships
- You race infrequently and don't need premium tools
Free profiles are fully functional and include all core features. Subscriptions are optional enhancements.
Common Questions
Can I try a subscription before committing?
Check if Adrenaline offers a free trial period. If available, you'll see trial details during signup. Otherwise, subscriptions are month-to-month (cancelable anytime).
What payment methods are accepted?
Typically, credit/debit cards and PayPal. Exact payment options appear during checkout.
Can I subscribe for multiple profiles?
Yes. If your account manages multiple racer profiles (e.g., parent managing kids), you can subscribe each profile individually. Each profile needs its own subscription.
Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?
Check the subscription options page. Annual subscriptions often include a discount compared to monthly billing.
What if I have sponsors but don't want to pay for a subscription?
You can't display sponsor logos without a subscription. Consider whether the subscription cost is worth providing visibility to your sponsors—they may even reimburse you if logo display is part of your agreement.
Do subscriptions affect my race results or ratings?
No. Race results and Elo ratings are based purely on performance. Subscriptions only affect profile features and analytics—they don't give competitive advantages in races.
Can I gift a subscription to another rider?
Not currently, but this may be added in the future. For now, subscriptions are managed individually by each account.
Will more subscription tiers be added?
Yes! Adrenaline plans to introduce additional tiers with different feature sets and price points. Rated Accounts is the first tier available.
