Your Adrenaline account is your passport to the world of racing. From this central hub, you can manage your personal profile, security settings, and platform preferences. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your account.
Profile Information
Your profile information is used across the platform, from race registrations to community interactions. Keeping this up to date ensures accurate race categorization and smooth event check-ins.
- First & Last Name: Your legal name as it should appear on official documentation.
- Birth Month & Year: Used to determine eligibility for certain content and areas of the platform.
Note: Your birth month and year are NOT used to automatically determine eligible classes during registration. Racer eligibility is determined by the registration information and the date of the event.
Contact Details
Manage how we reach you for important updates, race confirmations, and account security.
Email Address
Your primary email is your unique identifier on Adrenaline. To update it:
- Navigate to the Account page.
- Locate the Settings section.
- Click on the Update Email button.
- Follow the verification steps sent to your new email address.
Phone Number
While phone number integration is visible in some parts of the system, direct management of your phone number via the UI is currently disabled. If you need to update your registered phone number, please contact support.
Privacy & Preferences
Control how your data is used and how we communicate with you.
- Marketing Communications: Toggle this switch to opt-in or opt-out of newsletters, tips, and non-essential updates.
- Cookie Preferences: Manage your consent for data storage cookies. Disabling "Allow All" will revert to essential cookies only.
Account Security
Adrenaline uses a modern, passwordless authentication system for enhanced security and ease of use.
One-Time Password (OTP) Login
Instead of remembering a complex password, you log in using a secure code sent to your email or phone. This means there is no password to change or reset.
Session Management
To sign out of your account on a shared device:
Press Logout at the bottom of the Account menu.
Entitlements & Upgrades
Your account status determines your access to specific platform features.
- Early Access: Users with this entitlement get a sneak peek at upcoming features.
- Invite Keys: If you have an Invite Key for special access or promotions, you can redeem it directly from the Account dashboard.
