Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships
Display your sponsors and brand partnerships directly on your racer profile. Sponsor logos appear publicly on your profile page (via a scroller display), showing fans, other brands, and event organizers who supports you. This feature requires an Adrenaline subscription and helps demonstrate your marketability to potential sponsors.
What is Sponsor Display?
Sponsor display allows you to showcase brand partnerships on your public racer profile. Upload sponsor logos with names and website links, and they'll be visible to anyone viewing your profile—similar to how event sponsors appear on event pages.
Key Benefits
- Showcase current sponsorships to demonstrate your marketability
- Give sponsors visibility on your profile in exchange for support
- Attract new sponsors by showing existing brand partnerships
- Link directly to sponsor websites for traffic and engagement
- Create a professional appearance that stands out from non-sponsored riders
Subscription Required
Sponsor display is a premium feature. You must have an active Adrenaline subscription to upload and display sponsor logos on your profile. Basic (free) profiles cannot display sponsors.
How Sponsors Are Displayed
Sponsors appear on your public racer profile in a dedicated section:
Scroller Display (Coming Soon)
Sponsor logos will appear in a horizontal scroller, similar to how event sponsors are displayed on event pages. Logos scroll automatically or can be manually browsed.
Logo + Name + Website
Each sponsor shows their logo, brand name, and clickable website link. Viewers can click to visit sponsor sites directly from your profile.
Publicly Visible
Sponsor logos are visible to everyone who views your profile—fans, other racers, potential sponsors, and event organizers.
Order Control
You control the order sponsors appear. Arrange them by importance, size of sponsorship, or alphabetically—your choice.
Adding Sponsors to Your Profile

Sponsor display requires an active subscription:
- Go to your racer profile manager
- View subscription options

Make sure you have permission to use the sponsor's logo. Unauthorized use may violate trademark laws.

After uploading:
- Drag sponsors to reorder them
- Preview how they'll appear on your profile
- Save changes to publish them publicly
Logo Requirements & Best Practices
File Format
Accepted formats: PNG (preferred), JPG, or SVG. PNG with transparent backgrounds work best for professional appearance.
Image Size
Recommended: At least 500px wide. Logos are automatically scaled, but higher resolution ensures clarity on all devices.
Aspect Ratio
Horizontal logos (wider than tall) work best in the scroller layout. Square logos also work well. Avoid very tall/narrow logos.
Background
Transparent backgrounds (PNG) are ideal. If using solid backgrounds, ensure good contrast with Adrenaline's dark theme.
Branding Accuracy
Use the sponsor's official logo. Don't modify colors, proportions, or design. Most brands provide official logo files for promotional use.
Managing Your Sponsors
Adding Multiple Sponsors
No limit on the number of sponsors you can display. Add as many as you have. Common ranges: 2-8 sponsors for privateer riders, 8-15+ for heavily sponsored pros.
Removing Sponsors
When sponsorships end, remove logos from your profile. Click the remove/delete button next to any sponsor in the management section.
Updating Logos
If a sponsor rebrands or you get a higher-resolution logo, delete the old entry and re-upload. Changes take effect immediately.
Reordering
Drag and drop sponsors to change display order. Typically, title sponsors (biggest supporters) go first, smaller sponsors follow.
Using Sponsor Display to Attract Sponsors
- Demonstrate social proof: Showing existing sponsors signals to new brands that you're worth supporting
- Create a professional image: Riders with visible sponsors look more established and serious
- Leverage equipment tracking: Combine sponsor display with equipment tracking (if you have Early Access) to show actual product usage
- Show follower count: High follower counts + sponsor logos = attractive package for brands
- Highlight rating/results: Strong performance + sponsor visibility = easier to secure new deals
- Include in proposals: When pitching brands, show your profile URL with existing sponsors as proof of marketability
What Sponsors See
When brands evaluate your sponsorship value, they look at your profile. Sponsor display contributes to perceived value:
Profile Traffic
Brands may ask about profile views. While Adrenaline doesn't currently show view counts, follower count is a proxy for reach.
Follower Count
Publicly visible. Higher follower counts mean more eyes on sponsor logos. Brands value this exposure.
Race Results & Rating
Strong performance attracts sponsors. High ratings and podium finishes make your profile more valuable for brand partnerships.
Equipment Data (if available)
Brands can see if you actually use their products via equipment tracking (Early Access). This validates product loyalty.
Engagement Metrics
While not directly visible, brands may ask how often your profile is shared, referenced, or linked from social media.
Sponsorship Obligations
Displaying sponsor logos is just one part of sponsorship agreements. Typical obligations include:
Important Disclaimer
Adrenaline provides the platform to display sponsors, but does not manage sponsorship contracts or obligations. You are responsible for:
- Negotiating and honoring your sponsorship agreements
- Meeting sponsor expectations (logo placement, social media posts, race attendance, etc.)
- Obtaining permission to use sponsor logos and trademarks
- Ensuring accurate representation of sponsorships (don't fake sponsors!)
- Removing logos when agreements end
Common Sponsor Expectations
- Product usage: Actually use the sponsor's products (boots, helmets, exhaust, etc.)
- Social media: Tag sponsors in posts, thank them publicly, share their content
- Logo visibility: Display logos on bike, gear, trailer, and digital presence (like your Adrenaline profile)
- Event representation: Wear/display sponsor gear at events, interact with fans professionally
- Exclusivity: Some sponsors require you NOT to work with competitors (e.g., can't rep both FMF and Pro Circuit exhausts)
Subscription Loss & Sponsor Display
What Happens If Your Subscription Expires?
If your subscription lapses:
- Sponsor logos are hidden from your public profile
- Your sponsor data is not deleted—it's preserved
- When you renew your subscription, logos automatically reappear
- You don't need to re-upload anything
Tip: If you have active sponsorships, keep your subscription current to maintain logo visibility. Sponsors expect consistent exposure as part of agreements.
Common Questions
Do I need permission to display sponsor logos?
Yes. Always get written permission from brands before using their logos. Most sponsors will provide official logo files and guidelines. Unauthorized use can violate trademark laws.
Can I display sponsors I'm trying to attract (aspirational sponsors)?
No. Only display sponsors you have active agreements with. Displaying fake sponsors damages your credibility and may violate trademark laws.
How many sponsors can I display?
No limit. Add as many as you have agreements with. The scroller can accommodate any number of sponsors.
Can I add personal sponsors (like family businesses)?
Yes. Any legitimate sponsor—whether a major brand or a local family business—can be displayed. Just ensure you have a real partnership.
Do sponsors get analytics on logo clicks?
Not currently. Adrenaline doesn't provide click-through analytics to sponsors. This may be added in future updates.
What if a sponsor's logo looks bad on my profile?
Check the logo file quality. Request a higher-resolution version or an official media kit from the sponsor. Ensure transparent backgrounds for PNG files.
Can event organizers see my sponsors?
Yes. Your public profile (including sponsors) is visible to everyone. Event organizers may note your sponsorships when considering media features or promotional opportunities.
Is sponsor display the same as event sponsorships?
No. Event sponsors (displayed on event pages) support the event itself. Rider sponsors (on your profile) support you personally. They're separate systems.
