I'm a Rider
Race at events, build your profile, track your ratings, and follow the competition.
Quick Start: Racing Your First Event
1. Find an Event
Browse upcoming events on the homepage or get a direct link from your local track. Filter by location, date, and discipline.
2. Register Online
Click "Register" → Select class(es) → Enter rider info, machine details, emergency contact → Submit payment (if required). You'll receive confirmation via email.
Your rider profile is created automatically during first registration!
3. Check In at the Track
Event staff will verify your info and assign you access to the facility. Check-in is usually quick—most events use QR codes or name lookup.
4. Race Day (Automated Timing)
If the event uses automated timing:
- Verify you have the correct equipment for the event with the Promoter
- Mount required equipment securely on bike or helmet
- Verify battery levels are sufficient (if applicaable), join your moto
- Timing equipment automatically records crossings—no manual action needed!
5. View Results
Live results appear during the race. After the event, results are posted to the event page and your rider profile. Your Elo rating updates within 24 hours (for sanctioned races).

I'm an Event Organizer
Create events, manage registrations, run races with live timing, and publish results.
Quick Start: Running Your First Event
1. Create an Account
Sign up for an organizer account. You'll have access to event creation tools immediately. Start with a free trial event to test the platform.
2. Create an Event
Go to "Create Event" → Fill in event details (name, date, location, track) → Add classes using templates or create custom → Configure registration (deadlines, fees, capacity limits) → Publish!
Use class templates to save time—pre-built AMA-style classes, beginner/intermediate/advanced, etc.
3. Registration Opens
Share the event link with riders. They register online, and you see registrations appear in real-time. Use Check-In tools on event day to verify attendance and assign gate positions.
4. Race Day: Gates Open, Check-In Begins
Gates open, check-in begins. Riders can begin to arrive and check-in.
5. Click Start Racing on the Event Page
Click the "Start Racing" button on the event page to set the initial gate picks and begin the racing. Check in will be disabled and no edits to classes will be allowed.
6. Publish Final Results
Mark races "Official" when done. Generate post-event reports (PDF, CSV) for awards ceremonies and AMA submissions. Results automatically appear on rider profiles.

Quick Start: Following Live Races
1. Find an Event
Browse upcoming events or get a direct link from the event organizer (shared on social media, track websites, etc.).
2. View Event Details
Event page shows schedule, classes, registered riders, and track info. No login required—everything is public.
3. Watch Live Results
During races, live results update in real-time. See current positions, lap times, gaps between riders, and crossing order. Results refresh automatically—no need to reload the page.
4. Follow Riders (Optional)
Create a free account to "Follow" specific riders. You'll see their upcoming races, recent results, and rating changes in your feed. Great for tracking family, friends, or favorite pros!
Spectator Features:

- Rider profiles with career stats and ratings
- Series standings and championship points
- Share events on social media
I'm a Track Owner/Developer
Define your track digitally, with or without your GPS geofence, and begin running races with integrated video from any device.
Quick Start: Creating a Digital Track
1. Access Track Developer
Create or open a track → "Edit Track" → "Track Developer". You'll see a code editor (left) and 3D preview (right).
2. Use a Template or Start from Scratch
Select a template (MX oval, SX stadium, etc.) or write TrackLang code manually. Templates give you a starting point and can overlay on your GPS geofence if one is provided. A geofence is not required, but is helpful to create a more lifelike representation.
3. Define Track Features
Use TrackLang to define finish line, turns, jumps, slopes, and cameras. Click "Run" to see your track render in 3D. Iterate until it looks right.
Check out the TrackLang "Hello World" tutorial to learn the basics!
4. Test with Ad-Hoc Races
Run test races with friends on mobile to verify capability and set baseline timing accuracy. Fix any issues before using the track in live events.
5. Save Versions
Click "Save New Version" to preserve your work. Track Developer has Git-like version control—every save creates a new version you can revert to later.
